Adam Lipkin:
Executive Vice President of Structured Transactions

Adam Lipkin is the Executive Vice President of Structured Transactions at UC Funds with more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience and over $3 billion in career transaction volume. Mr. Lipkin focuses on creative capital structuring across the platform. Mr. Lipkin is widely recognized for his expertise in C-PACE financing and is a speaker at commercial real estate conferences. Prior to UC Funds, Mr. Lipkin held positions at Greystone, Counterpointe, a C-PACE provider, Grandbridge, and HFF (now JLL). Mr. Lipkin got his start in real estate analysis at LNR Partners and Ernst & Young. Mr. Lipkin is a former CPA and holds a combined B.S. and Master of Accounting from the University of Florida.
