UC Funding offers interim financing on commercial properties including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and hospitality nationwide.

Not only do we seek to originate permanent loans, but if our asset management staff believes that a permanent financing scenario will benefit a structured financing customer, we will proactively help our customer to secure such a loan.

Mezzanine provided by UC Funding or financing may be provided by an approved 3rd party lender.
